Boss James Morrison has revealed how he settled the disagreement about the identity of Albion's goalscorer at Preston. Aune Heggebo was credited with the equaliser on the day but Morrison says the debate bubbled up afterwards between the team-mates.

'It was something I didn't imagine coming in on Monday morning and dealing with,' he said. 'They're both strikers and were pushing for the goal but it was dealt with professionally.'

Morgan appeared to be trying to get out of the way of Heggebo's shot when the ball struck his heel on its way into the back of the net. In such cases, clubs are asked for their input before the EFL's dubious goals panel make the final decision.
