I hope the last message given to the Albion squad by Black Country historian John Homer is still ringing in the players' ears when they run out for tomorrow's High Noon at Molineux.
Homer was asked, in a moment of brilliant psychology by James Morrison, to talk to team before the Burnley game and judging by their reaction that afternoon, it had the desired effect. So same again tomorrow, please.
The final words in his 15 minute part-history, part-motivational speech, were ones from the legendary Liverpool manager Bill Shankly, probably the most famous fan-manager of any football club you could care to name.
