The general positivity surrounding West Bromwich Albion this summer is a remarkable turnaround given there were times last season when the Bikul project looked broken. And by remarkable coincidence, the worst moment probably came exactly two years to the day after their club-saving takeover.
On February 28, 2024, Shilen Patel headed a deal that saw Bikul Football WBA acquire an 87.8% majority shareholding in the club's parent company from former owner Guochuan Lai.
