Albion's trip to Newcastle in the Carabao Cup later this month will bring back some happy memories for Baggies fans.

Lee Hughes scored the extra-time winner for Gary Megson's side in a 2003 third round tie - the only previous time the two teams have met in League Cup. On the back of the 2-1 victory over Bobby Robson's Newcastle, Albion then beat Manchester United before losing to Arsenal in the quarter finals.

But the most memorable encounter between these two at St James' Park came in 2011 in a game famously called 'Tchoyi Story 3' after Somen Tchoyi's 29-minute hat-trick earned Albion's 3-3 Premier League draw.
