Albion owner Shilen Patel has removed Andrew Nestor's name from the club's Presidents Honours Board.
Nestor was given two main titles at Albion, the first as Sporting Director in August 2024 and he was then appointed President by Patel last September.
The American businessman left the club by 'mutual agreement' in February after a fractious 17 months in charge.
Nestor oversaw multiple high-profile recruitment errors. An embarrassing public deal for Raphael Wicky collapsed over backroom visa issues. His managerial choices - Tony Mowbray (sacked after 95 days) and Ryan Mason (sacked after 10 consecutive away defeats) - both failed quickly but neither as rapidly as the club's third during his tenure, Eric Ramsay, who lasted just nine games.
