That’s the view of a forward who most definitely fitted into that category – Bob Taylor, who scored 131 goals in 377 matches across two spells at the club, becoming the club’s eighth highest-scorer of all time. His best season was under Ossie Ardiles when he bagged 30 goals to help win promotion from Division Three, and 37 in all competitions.
