'It's always fun to see Albion play in Europe,' said Dean Walton, as over 1,000 sun-drenched fans watched two new signings shine in a 4-1 friendly win against Bromley. Jimmy-Jay Morgan scored the first and Barney Stewart wrapped up the victory in Albufeira, with Aune Heggebo and promising teenager Jack Bray also on the mark.
It was the first time fans had got to see James Morrison's new strikers in action and they weren't disappointed. 'Morgan and Stewart both looked promising,' said Dean, who is the chairman of the Warwick Baggies supporters club. 'Obviously it's difficult to tell in a friendly but the signs were good. They're different types, Jimmy-Jay looks clever while Barney likes to run with the ball.'
