James Morrison is already starting to make quite an impression after seeing his team make a perfect start in the Championship and give Newcastle an almighty midweek scare in the Carabao Cup.
He returns to his only former club Middlesbrough tomorrow, for the first time as manager hoping to make it three wins from three after beating Norwich and Burnley. Albion are still in the north-east following Wednesday's tie at St James' Park. National League Spennymoor Town's ground has been their training base, which is just a few miles away from Morrison's birthplace, Darlington.
The Albion boss hopes to see the benefit of the four-day stay in the region with another bright and hard-working display at The Riverside tomorrow (12.30 KO)
